The concerns you sometimes hear voiced about internet security are quite unfounded. Even sending your credit card details in a normal (unencrypted) e-mail is much safer than using your credit-card over the phone or in a shop. However, we have worked hard to ensure your transactions with us are completely safe.

Once you decide to purchase the products you have placed in your shopping basket and  click 'go to checkout', we ask you to enter your billing and delivery details.  If you look up at the URL (the web address) of the  payment-entry page you will notice that it begins with https://. This shows that the transaction is taking place on a SECURE SERVER From this point on, all information sent between your browser and  our server is heavily encrypted. If your browser supports 128-bit encryption(the modern norm), it would take all the computers on  the planet over a million years to break the code and decipher your payment  details! In short, no unauthorised third party is able to obtain your credit card details or other information

You can pay for your order with most debit and credit cards using our secure PayPal shopping basket.

You will not have to register and open a PayPal account although you will be given this option.

This is because we used to specialise in pet portraits and paintings and have kept the same payment account. (please see the about us page)
